Twists and Turns in Marry My Husband Episode 6:

Ji-Hyeok In Hospital :

Marry my husband Episode 6 start, he goes to Ji-won's house to walk her home, but suddenly faints on Ji-won's shoulder. The hospital's verdict was that he was suffering from sleep deprivation, irregular meals, and too much work. Yeah, that's what it sounds like. He's so focused on Ji-won that he's forgotten to look out for himself. I think it’s a sign that he needs to start looking out for himself too.

Ji-Hyeok's concern for Ji-Won:

Ji-hyuk awakens at the hospital and Ji-won is by his side. He's told that he collapsed due to stress, but he's more concerned about Ji-won who had a stomach ache earlier. Ji-won assures him that she's had a CT scan, which prompts Ji-hyuk to wonder what she knows about him.

Once he's discharged, he takes Ji-won's cab home, telling her that even though he has feelings for her, he won't do anything that would cross a line or make her uncomfortable. He'll respect her decision if she says no. That's why he's leading man material!

Su-min & Min-hwan :

In the meantime, Su-min finds Min-hwan crying on the street and consoles him . Min-hwan leans toward kissing Su-min, but she pushes him away, pretending to be annoyed. They get into a taxi and drive to Su-min's house.

When manager gyeong-uk invites Ji-won to go to lunch with him, Ji-won takes the chance to tell su-min and min-hwan to go to lunch together. She is already aware that there is something going on between them.

Team Lunch:

At the lunch with manager and joo-ran Ji-won realizes that he will take credit for the meal kit idea.

When she doesn't agree with his plan, he removes her from the team, but leaves Su-min in place. At the same time, Su-min is at a high-end restaurant, and they fall in love with each other Ji-won has already left the restaurant Joo-ran realizes that the manager sabotaged Ji-won's plan so that she could be fired, leaving only his name and the name of his distant relative, Director Wang jin. 

Taekwondo Training:

In the same director's office, Heung-in informs Ji-huk about Manager's meal kit idea He realises that it was Ji-won's idea, so he invites her to meet with him that night. Ji-won agrees and finally takes her to his friend’s Taekwondo Training Center where he and his buddies teach her how to fight. She learns how to throw opponents over her shoulders.

Next day At Office:

Ji-won returns to work the following day with renewed enthusiasm. She submits an edited proposal to Gyeong-kuk and tells her to add it to the original one, and then she will think about adding her name again.

Later, Ji-won enjoys a cheesecake sent to her by Eun-ho. He calls her and tells her that he baked the cheesecake himself, which makes her think that he likes her. They discuss Gyeong-ok, and Ji-won tells her that she is applying Judo rules to the situation.

Su-min has a chat with Joo-ran, and tries to cozy up with her.

At the end of the day, when everyone returns to work, Ji-won is told by Ji-ran, Su-min, to share the edited proposal with everyone. Ji-won also provides them with a marketing idea to use Director Wang to promote the meal kits, and the idea goes ahead. 

A montage is shown to show how the meal kits proposal comes to life, but Ji-won's name is not included in the montage.

The campaign is a huge success, and it’s Gyeonguk’s idea to use Wang Heung in as the face of the campaign. But Ji-won know that Director Wang is about to leave on a trip, and the video of him abusing an airline employee will go viral. Ji-won planned it all along.

Ji-won plan:

Min-hwan buys chicken with Su-min and Ji-won one night, but Ji-won says she has a meeting and leaves them alone. Ji-won decides to call Director Wang who has just got on the plane and tells him she's going to complain about not being included in the proposal. 

The call upsets Director Wang's mood and, as expected, he ill-feels an air hostess as well as another staff manager. Someone takes a video of Director Wang doing this. The video gets leaked and the meal kit product gets ruined. Ji-won sees Director Wang mention Ji-won's name in a video and enjoys watching it on the office rooftop.

 BTS TWIST IN

"Marry My Husband Episode 6"

Hidden Story:

On the rooftop, Ji-won is in a celebratory mood as she listens to her favorite BTS songs. When Ji-hyuk shows up, he tells Ji-won that Director Wang will be fired and Ji-hyuk will be punished. Ji-hyuk walks in on her, she drops her phone and Ji-hyuk notices that she is listening to BTS, and they both engage in a heated conversation about their favorite BTS songs “Dynamite” and “Spring Day”, both released after 2013.

The secret is revealed, and it's much sooner than I thought!

Ji-hyuk suddenly realizes that both Ji-won and him have mentioned songs that have yet to be released in their timeline, and that they are both from the future!

Review:

This week, we get to see the beginning of the Min-hwan affair with Soo-min's cunning seduction and Min-hwan's lack of control over his emotions.

The scenes with Min-hwan, Soo-min and Ji-hyuk versus Ji-won, the shared taxi ride of temptation versus separate taxis of thoughtful consideration, or the fake all-night butterflies versus the real all-night butterflies.

I love how sensitive and intelligent Ji-won is. Not only does she adjust quickly and learn to spot manipulation, but she also recognizes Ji-hyuk's romantic interest.

The end of the episode is an exciting one to end on, and the use of BTS songs to reveal the truth is a fun and entertaining way to do it that many K-drama fans and K-pop lovers will love. It may seem too soon for Ji-won to reveal her truths to Ji-hyuk, but this decision also prevents the story from getting boring. Now that they both know the truth, it will be interesting to see how they proceed with Ji-won's vengeance.

The small details are what give the drama so much depth, which is why it keeps going above and beyond my expectations.
